Busy Busy

I haven't taken the time to write in a while, but life is good! Kenzie is growing fast as always! We had a blast this past christmas! Kenzie had so much fun with her grandparents that came up from AZ for new years!! Now she is just weeks away from turning 1! She has such a personality now that just cracks us all up! She is a real ham! When she knows shes being funny she waves her hand at you to get your attention and then giggles! She loves to hold her spoon in her mouth while waving and giggling! She LOVES to play peek-a-boo right now. She will take a shirt or blanket or whatever she can find and put it over her head until you ask, "Kenzie where are you?" then she pulls it down and waits till you say"THere you are!!" She laughs and laughs. She has even started slapping her knee when she laughs... it's halarious! Well JT finds out this week if he got the job with the King County Sheriffs department, we are hoping and praying that they hire him! If they do then he will start the police training academy on Feb, 11th! We are really hopeful! I am currently halfway through with my program the the Gene Juarez academy and just got an award for Featured student artist. My picture will be on the wall for the next two months! I feel pretty special! We are all getting ready to take a trip over to Idaho to see my sister and her family! I can't believe I'm going to be an aunt again! I can't wait!

Time to Play!

Kenzie and I have been having so much fun together lately! She is growing up! She is starting to walk around the room in her walker and while holding onto furniture!

She loves to play with her daddy! When he gets down on the floor she screams and crawls away as fast as she can! Then he catches her and she squeals with laughter!

She learned how to shake her head "no" and it is so funny! Any question you ask she smiles and shakes her head "no".... "do you want mommy to change your diaper?" ha ha of course she shakes her head "no" and I laugh! But then Daddy will ask " Do you love mommy better than daddy?" and once again she will smile and shake her head! She thinks its so funny!

I've been buried in my books this past week and haven't gotten anything done. I read all three books in the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer within 5 days! They were so good but now it's back to reality and I've gotta get some house cleaning done!

I am loving doing hair at the Gene Juarez academy and I have to say that I am doing pretty well! I can't wait to get my licence and be able to do it on my own some day!

Our trip to AZ

We had so much fun down in Arizona last week. It was so nice to see all of our family. Kenzie absolutely loved seeing her grandparents and aunts and uncles. She brightens so much around them! We had fun taking Christmas pictures of her and she loved her first thanksgiving dinner!

Now we are back to the real world and work for a couple days but luckily tomorrow is Thanksgiving all over again! I love it!

It's MY day!

Today is my birthday. I'm just watching Kenzie and Jacob and trying to relax a bit. I went to the doctor today and I get to go out for Greek food with my Mom tonight. Other than that it's just another day, one year older!

I am trying to get everything ready for our trip down to AZ... I can't wait! It's going to be so nice to see the family!

Kenzie has so much personality lately! She is such a little stinker! When she does something wrong she will give us a guilty smile using her two little bottom teeth. And she knows when she's being funny! She will giggle and keep doing whatever it is to make us laugh! She loves to laugh and play. She is eating all kinds of big people food and won't ever let you eat your food without sharing with her! She is such a big girl! I just love spending time with her!

She was a Kangaroo for Halloween and everyone thought she was so cute! We went trunk or treating and got to see Great Grandma Hale, It was a fun first Halloween!

This is our lovely little family! Today Kenzie and I are just hangin out, cleaning the house and what not. JT is trying to recover from being up for 24 hours and taking his written and physical tests for the police testing yesterday! We were in Port Townsend over the weekend and had a blast!

Kenzie is pulling herself up onto everything lately and puts everything in her mouth! I have to be very careful and keep an eye on her at all times! She loves to eat paper and anything else she can get her cute little hands on!
